SHIPPING

Items ship within 2-10  business days from purchase. Please contact me for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping, more often than not I am able to accommodate!

Default shipping: All of our domestic orders and repairs are shipped via USPS first class $7, Priority USA orders: $11

I do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor am I responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, please let me know. It is extremely important to me that you are pleased with your purchase!  All refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.  Sale or discounted items, or custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with it's original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND REPAIRS

Expect natural variations due to the handmade nature of the jewelry.  Please expect the color, texture and tone of your piece to vary slightly from the items depicted in photographs. Also, please note: brass, copper, bronze and sterling silver naturally tarnish over time. If you wish to remove it, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth to wipe down the piece of jewelry.  

Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand and therefore is very delicate. Please care for your jewelry by keeping it out of water, not wearing it whilst showering or exercising, and by keeping it in a secure, dry place in between uses.

Repairs are accepted, and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage. I reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs.  For further information on caring for your jewelry and repairs, please contact me at katie@swevenhandmade.com.
